摘要: The effect of ammonium nitrate concentration in the citric acid biosynthesis by Aspergillus niger NC-12 single-stage continuous cultures with biomass retention was investigated. Experiments were carried out a BIOMER laboratory fermenter 5 dm 3 working volume. At initial stage each cultivation, substrate bioreactor contained 1.5 g NH4NO3 3 . After 120 h onwards, fed continuously at constant dilution rate 0.009 1 .N H4NO3 feed varied from one culture to another, ranging between 0.5 and 2.5 gd m Promising results obtained when used. observed (cP) yield respect introduced sucrose (YP/S) 117.88 78.59 %, respectively. efficiency coefficient (Kef ) very high, amounting 83.38.
