摘要: The spores of Aspergillus niger were entrapped in calcium-alginate beads and precultivated growth media with various amounts nitrogen. During the following citric acid production shaking cultures an optimum formation yield was observed after precultivation 100–200 mg/l NH4NO3. productivity immobilized found to be 1.5 times higher than case free pellets. outgrowth mycelia into medium could provided by increasing ratio particle-volume: volume, using a 1-l air-lift fermenter, which means increased twice as much obtained culture.
