摘要: CNS (Congenital nephrotic syndrome) is a disorder characterized by the presence of syndrome in first three months life. Different pathologies can cause this syndrome. In general, we distinguish primary forms (sporadic and hereditary) secondary (acquired associated with other syndromes). The most common form Finnish (CNF, congenital type), hereditary whose name derives from fact that highest incidence described country (1.2:10,000). pathogenesis, clinical picture, diagnostic criteria, therapy outcome are details.
