摘要: For more than half a century, phosphorus (P) has been major focus of limnological research. Early studies by Rodhe (1948) identified P as key factor limiting the growth algae. Recently, Istvanovics (2008) reviewed cycling in lakes and its role eutrophication. Historical increases loading have observed distributed throughout Europe. In urban areas, main responsible for increase influx from municipal industrial point sources (Forsberg, 1987 rural principally due to changes land-use increased use artificial fertilizers 1987). Over years, water companies local administrations successfully reduced quantities reaching but reducing load attributable diffuse proved difficult. Another influencing seasonal availability reservoirs is internal recycling element both shallow deep sediments. During 1980s research on lake sediments developed rapidly new knowledge was gained about factors regulating this process (Bostrom et al., 1982; Cullen Forsberg, 1988). Mobilisation well transport processes were classical Einsele-Mortimer theory (Einsele, 1938; Mortimer, 1941; 1942) that explained reduction iron dissolution phosphate under anaerobic conditions expanded include microbial breakdown organic significant factor. More recently, increasing attention paid effects year-to-year variations climate supply phosphorus.
