摘要: tioned between hexane and aqueous methanol, the polar phase subjected to preparative chromatography with sizeexclusion anion-exchange media yield a fraction enriched in arsenolipids. Analysis of this by HPLC–inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS) revealed presence at least 15 arsenolipids (Figure 2). Further investigation HPLC– electrospray ionization MS (ESI-MS), under conditions that provided simultaneous detection elemental arsenic molecular masses, [3] showed six major arsenicals (A–F Figure 2) had following masses: A 334, B 362, C 390, D 418, E 388, F 436.
