摘要: Arsenolipids (AsL) of the type arsenic-containing fatty acids (AsFA) and hydrocarbons (AsHC) are known to occur in seafood their identification is today a challenge due need data for toxicological assessment. The aim this investigation was enhance concerning AsL commercial canned cod liver. Therefore, present study focuses on quantification by LC–ICP-MS combined with ESI-MS. molecular structure 17 elucidated basis exact mass product ion spectra two new AsFA tentatively identified. total arsenic concentration four different liver analyzed ICP-MS ranged from 2.6 5.5 mg As/kg an extraction recovery 98%. detected RP-IPC–MS comprise 58–95% content, indicating that major class Much extracts are, however, not yet identified. Practical applications: results obtained research show possibility apply current detection method biological samples determination AsL. Additionally, information can be used further studies assess risk consumer health. On other hand, MS/MS could future without thus, low cost analysis. Numerous arsenolipids were identified HPLC hyphenated online (element specific detection) ESI-Q-TOF-MS (molecular ESI-MS ESI-MS/MS confirmed proposed acid first time study.
