摘要: Abstract In the present study liver samples ( n = 26) of Northeast Arctic cod Gadus morhua ), ranging in total arsenic concentrations from 2.1 to 240 mg/kg wet weight (ww), were analysed for their content and species lipid-soluble water-soluble fractions. The lipid fractions ranged 1.8 16.4 mg As/kg oil liver, a linear correlation r 2 = 0.80, p 17 H 39 AsO, C 19 41 AsO 23 37 AsO) five arsenic-containing fatty acids (C 35 3 , AO 24 ) identified using HPLC coupled quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (qTOF-MS). Arsenobetaine was major fraction livers, while dimethylarsinate, arsenocholine inorganic minor constituents. Inorganic accounted less than 0.1% samples.
