摘要: Arsenic is a metalloid well known to be potentially toxic depending of its species. Lipid-soluble arsenicals (arsenolipids) are present in wide range biological samples which they could play role the biosynthesis organoarsenic compounds from inorganic arsenic compounds. Arsenolipids have recently attracted considerable interest. In order gain deeper insights into impact arsenolipids new analytical approaches for reliable determination this class arsenic-containing hydrocarbons various matrices needed. High concentrations were found seafood served as sample material study. We report investigation three canned cod liver extracted and purified by solid phase extraction (SPE) using silica gel column ethyl acetate/methanol eluent. Analytical studies conducted means gas chromatography coupled with ICP-MS, MIP-AES EI-qMS TOF-MS. The results obtained GC-ICP-MS GC-MIP-AES showed existence numerous SPE fractions collected. Three major peaks within retention time window between 10 25 min. presence fish tissue confirmed GC-EI-qMS analysis. Corresponding information molecular weights species provided TOF-MS allows highly accurate mass determinations. following formulas: C(17)H(37)AsO (calculated [M+H](+) 333.2133; 333.2136; Deltam=0.90 ppm); C(19)H(41)AsO 361.2446; Deltam=0.00 C(23)H(37)AsO 405.2133; 405.2145; Deltam=2.96 ppm). Suggestions corresponding structures discussed.
