摘要: Oils from marine samples are known to contain high concentrations of arsenolipids. However, their identification in lipid matrix poses a significant challenge especially when present low concentrations. Here, we report the sixteen arsenolipids cod-liver oil. The fish oil was fractionated on silica gel column and fraction enriched with arsenic analysed using RP-HPLC online ICP-MS ES-Orbitrap-MS. Among identified nine compounds have not been reported before. Structural assignment achieved by signal ICP-MS, retention time behaviour accurate mass determination fragment molecular peaks. In addition, unknown degradation products eluting void volume were investigated collection, cation exchange chromatography determination, found predominantly dimethylarsinic acid (DMA) trace amounts methylarsonic (MA), dimethylarsenopropanoic (DMAP) dimethylarsenobutanoic (DMAB). This finding is essential epidemiologic studies where urinary DMA other metabolites used as biomarker accessing human exposure arsenic.
