摘要: Renewable Energy sources are gaining importance in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The purpose of this study is to quantify optimal mix renewable power generation MENA region, taking Morocco as a case study. Based on hourly meteorological data load data, 100% solar-plus-wind only scenario for investigated. For analyses, mismatch energy modelling approach adopted with objective minimise required storage capacities. hypothetical Moroccan supply system which entirely based sources, our results show that minimum capacity achieved at share 63% solar 37% wind generations.
