摘要: During the past 5 years considerable progress has been made in elucidation of biochemical genetics human alcohol dehydrogenases (ADH) and aldehyde (ALDH). In particular, determining number gene loci coding for these enzymes tissue distribution enzymes. addition, a allelic variants specific forms have described. Studies done on different population groups to determine frequencies some variants. The relationship presence variant altered tolerance investigated. Efficient procedures purifying defined. As result, detailed studies kinetics separated isozymes amino acid sequence determinations possible. To date, complete data obtained three ADH one ALDH isozyme, while partial published second isozyme. Antibodies dehydrogenase used nature genetic variation mitochondrial ALDH.
