摘要: Thin films of Cu2Zn1–xMnxSnS4 (0 ≤ x 1) solid solutions have been obtained for the first time by spray pyrolysis aqueous salt (copper, zinc, manganese, and tin chlorides thiourea) at a temperature TS = 563 K. The possess specific electric conductivities within σ ≈ 35–422 Ω–1 cm–1 optical bandgap width Egop that increases with manganese content from 1.54 eV (x 0) to 2.25 1).
