摘要: Abstract Cu 2 ZnSnS 4 (CZTS) thin films have been prepared using a Spray pyrolysis technique. The evolution of CZTS, followed by an increase in thiourea concentrations [S] from 0.04 to 0.07 M, is investigated. EDX analysis exhibits drastic sulfur amount as the concentration increases. X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy confirmed formation CZTS kesterite structure with some spurious phases mainly at higher concentrations. Indeed, further [S], XRD reveals appearance sharp intense peak, which assigned Sn 7 S 16 . Optical means transmission T ( λ ) reflection R measurements allow determine optical absorption coefficient α for all compounds, it larger than 10 cm −1 direct band gap energy value E g can be deduced; ranges 1.59 1.74 eV. broadening might attributed ZnS secondary phase.
