摘要: Background Approximately two thirds of migraine patients complain cutaneous allodynia (CA) which is defined as a pain perception evoked by ordinary non-nociceptive skin stimulation in cephalic regions during attacks. CA may be underlied the sensitization second-order trigeminovascular neurons, belonging to trigeminalthalamo-cortical pathway. In this context, crucial role seems played supraspinal mechanisms related descending modulatory system [1].
