摘要: The sum of endogenous and food-derived antioxidants provides an estimate the total antioxidant capacity (TAC) extracellular fluids, while corrected TAC (cTAC) is estimation exogenously provided antioxidants. Similar values for cTAC were observed between cancer free children with malignancy at diagnosis. Antineoplastic treatment induced a significant decrease during chemotherapy. Additionally to dietary factors, this might be attributed antineoplastic drugs as shown by increase ROS after administration chemotherapeutic agents both in vitro vivo. According our preliminary results returned normal end therapy.
