摘要: Lymphadenitis is the most common manifestation of non-tuberculous mycobacteria infection in children. Its frequency has increased over past few decades. Diagnosis based on clinical presentation, purified protein derivative skin test, and bacterial isolation. Management options are surgery, antibiotics, or "observation only"; however, optimal therapy for this condition still controversial.
