摘要: Two experiments were done to determine whether opiate and NMDA systems interact influence learning in rats. Experiment 1 examined the effects of coadministration naloxone with MK-801 on acquisition a radial maze task. produced an impairment extending beyond drug administration. Naloxone, alone or combination MK-801, had no effect. 2 tested naltrexone plus-maze Naltrexone A three-way interaction (MK-801 × days) was found, whereby antagonized during period administration but deficit following this period. This suggests that receptors are important for acquisition, opiates is either time limited secondary acquisition.
