摘要: Cap-Net UNDP is an international capacity development network for integrated water resources management (IWRM). Cap-Net’s approach of working through regional and country networks effective method drawing together various experts from different disciplines, fostering local ownership scaling-up implementation IWRM. This paper discusses the lessons drawn outcome monitoring courses 2 consecutive years 2010–12. follows Monitoring, Evaluation Learning Plan that it developed this helps to learn about progress towards its objectives. It also allows corrective measures on-going process in program delivery. Lessons exercises provided guidance revision approaches order capture outcomes impacts contribute overall goal Cap-Net. was realized interest involvement partner networks, continuous follow-up standardized processes are important successful monitoring.
