摘要: Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a major cause of end-stage kidney disease, and therefore early diagnosis intervention may help reverse renal damage. One hundred sixty-eight patients with T2DM 56 healthy volunteers (control group) were enrolled at Shandong University Qilu Hospital between April 2010 October 2012. All subjects underwent blood sampling for sera homocysteine (Hcy) cystatin C (Cys C) assays urine microalbumin test. The divided into three groups according to the excretion rate (UMAER): simple DM group (SDM group, n = 51), early-stage DN (EDN 60), clinical failure (CDN 57). Correlation analysis was performed examine association Hcy Cys levels UMAER. Our findings showed that level, UMAER increased significantly in SDM (P < 0.05, P 0.01), EDN CDN 0.01) as compared control group. These biochemical markers also progression 0.01). positively correlated (r 0.702, 0.01; r 0.873, In conclusion, our results consistently development indicated by Sera are sensitive biomarkers detection monitoring its progression.
