摘要: Data interoperability is a key ingredient for modern health information technology. Interoperability of healthcare systems essential the communication critical data, as well leveraging vast amounts data gathered to conduct research, analyze trends, improve safety, and reduce costs. One components enabling availability standards. This paper presents, from practitioner’s perspective, broad overview current status standards an analysis problems with including gaps, redundancies, varying exchange requirements that prevent seamless between systems. concludes by identifying related standardization potential issues future research can address given problems.
