摘要: Abstract The literature shows that Petrobras's specialized knowledge in deep-water exploration helped it maintain its dominance of the oil sector Brazil. This article contributes to by throwing light on how this process operates: as technicians State enterprise monopolize knowledge, they are called participate key policy decisions for sector, and thus exert an influence is not counter-balanced other experts.
