摘要: Facial peri-implant mucosal recessions represent an increasing complication in implant dentistry and may negatively affect the esthetic outcome patient satisfaction. The aim of present paper is to provide a review on potential causes facial rationale for treatment along with possible options. available data indicate that soft tissue augmentation around dental implants possible, but at there no evidence demonstrating augmented tissues are able influence bone levels (e.g. limit loss). Therefore, cover or correct (i) optimize possibility performing adequate level oral hygiene, (ii) improve esthetics. At present, very limited supporting any specific modality covering recessions. only shallow up 2 mm) be treated successfully by means coronally advanced flap subepithelial connective graft guided regeneration, while deep large
