摘要: Due to its biological properties, human amniotic membrane (hAM) is widely studied in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. hAM already very attractive for wound healing it may be helpful as a support bone regeneration. However, few studies assessed potential guided regeneration (GBR). The purpose present study was assess GBR. In vitro, cell viability fresh cryopreserved assessed. vivo, we evaluated impact versus hAM, using both epithelial or mesenchymal layer facing defect, on critical calvarial defect mice. Then, efficacy associated with substitute compared collagen currently used no statistical difference observed between conditions concerning viability. Without graft material, induced more formation when covered left empty. When substitute, such improved repair not observed. These preliminary results suggest that has limited
