摘要: Combretastatins are a new class of compounds that appear to have antitumour activity as result specifically targeting the vasculature tumours. The aim this study was investigate potential combretastatin A-4 disodium phosphate (CA4DP) induce vascular effects in C3H mouse mammary carcinoma, and see if anti-tumour response could be improved by combining drug with conventional anticancer therapies. It found CA4DP (250 mg/kg) significantly decreased tumour perfusion within 30 minutes after injection maintained decrease for several hours, although there return normal 24 hours. Similar changes were seen tumours bioenergetic oxygenation status. also increased necrosis had small inhibitory effect on growth. able enhance radiation hyperthermia, when given at same time or respectively. Giving 1 hour cisplatin only resulted no greater than additive. These results confirm anti-vascular demonstrate its therapy.
