摘要: Lateral-flow enzyme immunochromatography coupled with an immunomagnetic step was developed for rapid detection of Listeria monocytogenes in food matrices. The target bacteria first separated and concentrated by magnetic nanoparticles containing the directly applied to assay system induce antigen–antibody reaction without any additional steps. color signals produced enzyme–substrate at a specific site on immunostrip were found be proportional concentration L. sample. concept demonstrated performing immunoassay microtiter well prior applying it lateral-flow assay. Results chromatographic analysis yield limit 95 97 ± 19.5 CFU/mL buffer solution 2 % milk sample, respectively. In addition high sensitivity, also possible shorten separation time within h. showed no cross-reactivity other (e.g., Escherichia coli O157:H7, Salmonella typhimurium, enteritidis). analytical procedure will enable us not only utilize field where fast screening pathogenic agents is required but as preventive measure contain disease outbreak.
