摘要: New members of a satellite DNA family (Sat 121), specific for wild beets the section Procumbentes genus Beta, were isolated. Sequence analysis showed that Sat-121 fall into two distinct classes. The organization in vicinity beet cyst nematode (Heterodera schachtii Schm.) resistance locus (Hs1) B. patellaris and procumbens was investigated by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) using from series resistant monosomic fragment additions, each containing an extra chromosome chromosome-1 (pat-1) vulgaris. In this way several clusters flanking Hs1 pat-1 identified. diploid introgressions (2n=18), which contain small segments (pro-1) vulgaris, only major detected near pro-1 locus.
