摘要: Caveolin is believed to play an important role in sorting processes, vesicular trafficking, transmembrane signaling, and molecular transport across membranes. In this study we have evaluated the expression distribution of caveolin skeletal muscle its interaction with GLUT4 glucose carriers. was expressed substantial levels regulated muscle; aging high fat diet enhanced inversely, myogenesis down-regulated L6E9 cells. Under fasting conditions, most found intracellular membranes present cell surface both sarcolemma T-tubules. Insulin administration led a redistribution from density membrane fractions lighter surface; pattern insulin-induced different what shown by GLUT4.
