摘要: In this paper, we study the electron properties of an Aharonov-Bohm interferometer with embedded quantum dot (QD) by considering leads spin bias. As a result, it is found that local magnetic flux through structure can efficiently induce accumulation in QD, unaccompanied any charge transfer, and shows direction magnitude are tightly dependent on interplay between Based calculated results, propose such to be candidate spin-manipulating device.
