摘要: The evidence for mast cell heterogeneity in vivo has grown the last several years from initial morphologic and histochemical observations to biochemical functional criteria. In species, there appear be at least two distinct classes of tissue cells that differ their content intragranular amines, proteoglycans, proteases metabolism arachidonic acid after activation.
