摘要: The calibration dependencies of the optoacoustic (OA) transformation efficiency on tissue temperature are obtained for application in OA monitoring during thermal therapies. Accurate measurement signal amplitude versus is performed different ex vivo tissues range 25°C to 80°C. investigated were selected represent structural components: chicken breast (skeletal muscle), porcine lard (fatty tissue), and liver (richly perfused tissue). Backward mode detection a narrow probe laser beam used experiments avoid influence changes light scattering with coagulation amplitude. Measurements heating cooling regimes. Characteristic behavior dependences ranges described terms components samples. accuracy reconstruction from types evaluated.
