摘要: A new experimental approach for measurements of temperature dependence the Gruneisen parameter in optically absorbing solutions is proposed. Two-dimensional optoacoustic (OA) imaging used to improve accuracy signal amplitude and spatial localization studied samples. We estimated OA response measuring median intensity images within region interest (ROI) as a function temperature. showed that when normalized its value at particular temperature, image becomes an accurate metric reflecting changes regardless local optical fluence absorbance, assuming those remain constant with Using proposed method we aqueous nickel cupric sulfate range from 4 40°C. Obtained results were compared DI-water, which measured by using carbon ink colloid. also found Gruneisen-temperature relationship exhibits linear trend respect concentration, independent coupling medium laser excitation wavelength. In future, developed methodology could be adopted important applications vivo monitoring.
