摘要: In this study, we aimed to reveal the multidimensional structure of NPO effectiveness by compiling different dimensions that were used researchers. After these dimensions, conducted research analyze extent which literature represents social reality. order do that, collected data from 69 leading Turkish NPOs. The results showed almost every dimension had earlier been mentioned in a capacity represent one aspect effectiveness, is why integration prerequisite. Thus, suggested an evaluation model comprises main and sub-dimensions indicators dimensions.
