摘要: WORDS) Wood, Chonko, and Hunt developed the Wood Job Satisfaction (JSQ) scale in 1986, aimed to provide estimate of respondents' levels job satisfaction. It is a psychometric property that has been widely used various sectors measure level satisfaction among employees. Nevertheless, case non-profit organization sector Malaysia, with special reference zakat institutions, yet there no study utilizing JSQ as well examining reliability validity JSQ. Hence, purpose this research produce empirical evidence properties by using Rasch analysis. The advantage why opt utilise analysis because it capability reliable valid data at same time, can identify misfit items. participants were 123 staff who had completed questionnaire. Statistical Winstep software selected 14 items, due its robustness identifying outliers respondents Results from showed based on positive value PtMea Corr, indicates all items measured direction development constructs. Interestingly, for item misfits, none identified misfits characteristics fulfilled. In lieu this, Measurement Model proven highest degree measuring construct. be concluded useful assessment future researchers conduct studies
