A Rasch measure of teachers' views of teacher-student relationships in the primary school.

摘要: This study investigated teacher-student relationships from the teachers' point of view at Perth metropolitan schools in Western Australia. The identified three key social and emotional aspects that affect relationships, namely, Connectedness, Availability Communication. Data were collected by questionnaire (N = 139) with stem-items answered perspectives: (1) Idealistic: this is what I would like to happen; (2) Capability: am capable of; (3) Behaviour: actually happens, using four ordered response categories: not all (score 1), some time 2), most 3), almost always 4). analysed a Rasch measurement model uni-dimensional, linear scale 24 items, easy hard, was created. data shown be highly reliable, so valid inferences could made scale. Person Separation Index (akin reliability index) 0.93; there good global teacher item fit model; fit; targeting difficulties against measures good, categories consistently logically.
