摘要: This study investigated teacher-student relationships from the teachers' point of view at Perth metropolitan schools in Western Australia. The identified three key social and emotional aspects that affect relationships, namely, Connectedness, Availability Communication. Data were collected by questionnaire (N = 139) with stem-items answered perspectives: (1) Idealistic: this is what I would like to happen; (2) Capability: am capable of; (3) Behaviour: actually happens, using four ordered response categories: not all (score 1), some time 2), most 3), almost always 4). analysed a Rasch measurement model uni-dimensional, linear scale 24 items, easy hard, was created. data shown be highly reliable, so valid inferences could made scale. Person Separation Index (akin reliability index) 0.93; there good global teacher item fit model; fit; targeting difficulties against measures good, categories consistently logically. Teachers said ideal items easier than their corresponding capability which turn behaviour (where fitted model), as conceptualized. easiest were: child get along well together. hardest (but still easy) was: available for child. hard) (and very interested learn about child's personal thoughts, feelings experiences. supported conceptual structure variable.
