摘要: Abstract A kinetic model of the photocatalytic inactivation Escherichia coli in an annular wall reactor is presented. The based on a reaction scheme that involves series events which bacteria are progressively damaged and eventually led to cell lysis. explicitly takes into account radiation absorption effects. Photocatalytic experiments were carried out photoreactor operated closed recirculating circuit with reservoir tank irradiated 6 W black light lamp situated axis reactor. Immobilization TiO 2 Aeroxide P25 has been by dip-coating procedure onto inner-tube Experimental results for different layer thicknesses used estimate parameters model. Good agreement between predictions was achieved whole range studied.
