摘要: Strictly defined, tissue-specific antigens are characteristic of one particular tissue or cell. They usually associated with autoimmunity and remarkably homologous between species. In contrast, histocompatibility (H) reflect polymorphism within species - they alloantigens class-I major H complex (MHC) at least mouse H-2D H-2 K human HLA-A -B, the commonest targets acute allograft rejection widely distributed in body; class-II MHC Ia DR have a much more limited distribution, being expressed primarily on B lymphocytes macrophages other cells involved antigen presentation immune activation. This review is devoted to than class-IIMHC if not highly specific, distribution. Some these classic antigens, others expression. Much evidence that evoke responses damage destroy transplanted incomplete circumstantial, but some convincing includes immunogenetic characterization new systems may be reckoned clinically, especially when dealing HLA-matched transplants.
