摘要: The purpose of the present experiments was to define a non-major-histocompatibility-complex (MHC) endothelial antigen system in rat and study genetics these antigens as well their significance renal transplantation. Several MHC-identical strain combinations underwent reciprocal immunization using spleen lymph node cells complete Freund's adjuvant. In one combination (MAXX anti-BN) alloantibodies were found against on peritubular venous endothelium kidney from immunizing two other strains. Preliminary results suggested that is monocytes but not nonstimulated T B lymphocytes. With kidneys 7 MHC-congenic lines it shown are encoded outside MHC-region. seems be expressed dominant trait. an F2 population 32 animals, segregation or appeared independent MHC, AgF, tubular basement membrane antigens--as locus for albinism. Transplantation endothelial-antigen-incompatible into nonimmunized recipients did provoke acute rejection. Pretransplant immunity donor was, however, associated with accelerated rejection donor-specific because third-party MHC-incompatible endothelial-antigen-compatible rejected like first-set grafts. This model shows graft presensitized can mediated through non-MHC antigens.
