摘要: Groups of rabbits were immunized with 4 doses porcine zona pellucida antigen along different adjuvants. The presence antibody after immunization was checked periodically using assay systems. impact on ovaries evaluated at time intervals up to 2 years. Results the study showed generation high titre antibodies which could be detected until end period observation. specifically bound in situ demonstrated by immunoperoxidase staining, and vitro inhibition enzymatic digestion zonae. Histologically, had numerous pathological effects including thinning cortex, aberrant cell clusters, stromal hyperplasia, perifollicular fibrosis, irregular formation arrest follicle development. These changes correlated length exposure antibodies. It is concluded that heat-solubilized (HSPZ) protein a very strong immunogen causes infertility arresting maturation developing follicles. There need identify sperm receptor so selectively impair sperm-egg interaction.
