摘要: Lateral sensitivity in a matrix of an acceleration sensor is obtained by single-axis vibration table. A cubic block (6) on which (5) installed such that the direction X-axis, defined table (12) upper part (11) relative to (5), coincides with fixed, and vibrated this state measure acceleration. In same way as measurement main-axis sensitivity, lateral Szx X-axis based result from measuring device independently motion surface (12). The Y-axis, similarly Szy Y-axis obtained.
