摘要: The present invention is directed to a hydrogen peroxide solution stabilized by ##STR1## wherein X linking group and Y metal cation or H which compound soluble in peroxide. In the second aspect of invention, contains mineral acid suitable for etching surface substrate such as printed wiring board.
