摘要: Cell penetrating peptides (CPPs) were developed as vehicles for efficient delivery of various molecules. An ideal CPP-peptide should not display any toxicity against cancer cells well healthy and efficiently enter into the cell. Because cationic nature intrinsic vector capabilities, these can cause cytotoxicity. One possible reasons CPPs is direct translocation consequently, pore formation on plasma membrane. In this study it was demonstrated that interaction poly-glutamate with CPP considerably reduced their cytotoxicity in A549 This strategy could be useful drug mediated by CPP.
