摘要: Purpose: Nephron sparing surgery is accepted as standard of care for children with bilateral Wilms tumor or in a solitary kidney and some study protocols allow nephron select cases unilateral tumor. With the increasing use tumor, we reviewed pathological features from radical nephrectomy specimens to determine potential efficacy approach.Materials Methods: Medical records undergoing pre-chemotherapy at our institution were reviewed.
