摘要: The structural and functional organization of the cell nucleus has been investigated using three-dimensional reconstruction, immunoelectron microscopy, high-resolution in situ autoradiography. Nuclear regions enriched small nuclear ribonucleoprotein particles (snRNPs) form a reticular network within nucleoplasm that extends between nucleolar surface envelope. snRNPs occupy approximately 18% volume CHOC 400 nuclei. sites DNA replication transcription are complementary to, rather than coincident with, concentrated snRNPs. Based on these data model mammalian is presented.
