摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter reviews the toxicity, adverse effects, and drug interactions of quinolones. The fluoroquinolones are usually considered as relatively safe well tolerated drugs. Under therapeutic conditions, no uniform life-threatening organ toxicity is known that would restrict their clinical use. However, in certain cases, unexpected effects occurred after treatment with observed before antimicrobials from other classes. Stained teeth children due to tetracyclines, cephalosporins on blood clotting, severe reactions seen fluoroquinolone temafloxacin were noticed only several months or even years launch drug. temafloxacin, trovafloxacin, grepafloxacin taken off market rarely occurring reactions. use was associated a syndrome hemolysis, renal failure, thrombocytopenia.
