摘要: The isotope diffusion coefficient of one the components in a binary ordered alloy is derived for vacancy mechanism by path probability method. By introducing concept transposed lattice and making full use symmetry system, derivation made transparent simpler than treatment reported previously. new leads quite naturally to decomposition correlation factor into two related sublattices; detailed interpretation factor. availability effective jump frequency are defined their importance phase pointed out.
