摘要: The nitrification rate in the rhizosphere of Suaeda and Arthrocnemum plants growing saline soils, as affected by microbial populations, temperature, pH, organic matter, was examined field throughout year. genera Nitrosomonas Nitrobacter were most common soil. bacterial counts both fluctuated during study period, reaching peak values February–March August. nitrate concentration soil could be related with observed increase numbers ammonium-oxidizers nitrite-oxidizers latter part period. pH soils did not have any influence on at measured. content varied between 1.8 4% (w/w), showing continuous availability matter seasonal changes populations rhizospheres described result combination several factors.
