摘要: This preliminary investigation has shown that a soil microbial community DNA profile can be obtained from the small sample of recovered sole shoe, and stains on clothing. We have also these profiles are representative site collection therefore could potentially used as associative evidence to prove link between suspects crime scenes. Soil were using T-RFLP fingerprinting method uses fluorescent primer technology semi-automated analysis techniques similar those in human profiling forensic laboratories.
