摘要: Abstract The main forensic application of palynology is in determining the possibility associative evidence. Forensic palynologists should assess significance their evidence to assist court guilt or innocence defendant. They also need present this assessment language which can be readily understood by judges and juries. aim paper establish a framework for making such assessments using likelihood ratio (LR). LR forms part Bayes' Theorem considers quality pollen `match' how common assemblage is. Three cases are used as examples.
