Traitement préopératoire des adénocarcinomes oesogastriques

摘要: Les adenocarcinomes oesogastriques (AOG) representent une des premieres causes de deces par cancer dans le monde. Alors que l’incidence l’adenocarcinome (ADK) gastrique diminue, celle l’ADK la jonction oesogastrique augmente les pays occidentaux. Le traitement chirurgical etant seul curatif et taux survie a cinq ans dependant du stade pTNM, prise en charge therapeutique est un veritable challenge pour oncologues. Plusieurs modalites dont chimiotherapie systemique ont ete evaluees afin diminuer recidives d’augmenter globale. FNCLCC-FFCD UKMAGIC clairement demontre preoperatoire avait benefice sur globale patients operables leur AOG; ce standard il couramment realise Europe. De nouvelles strategies comme d’induction suivie d’une radiochimiotherapie, l’addition therapies ciblees perioperatoire ou l’utilisation nouveaux schemas chimiotherapies sont cours d’evaluation traitements actuels.
