摘要: Abstract In this paper, Nb-doped titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) porous thin films in application of oxygen sensors were studied. A facile sol–gel method was used to prepare the undoped and TiO films. The microstructure oxygen-sensing behavior investigated. results indicate that Nb-doping can retard phase transition from anatase rutile reduce grain size. responses film be greatly improved by Nb-doping, which are 73.2 78.7 for sample with 6% measured at 700 °C atmosphere 2% 20.9% oxygen, while those only 6.5 6.6 same condition. also shows fastest response time 1.1 s 700 °C, is less than 1/10 film.
